Responsible for teaching and directing the high school advanced band and middle school beginning band, preparing concerts/pep band performances/parades, rehearsing, handling budgets, repairing instruments, and all other band-related necessities. 

School of Music, Eastern Kentucky University — Adjunct Faculty

January 2021  -  June 2021

Taught courses in Film Scoring, Microphone Placement Technique, History of the Recording Industry, and Music Appreciation (online). Directed departmental recording sessions with various ensembles. Temporary position to fill in for the tenured professor on sabbatical.

Self-Employed — Educational Content Creator 

January 2021 - June 2021 

Hired to create a series of education videos for the Fayette County Public Schools Migrant Education Program (KY). The videos presented a lesson on music from a Central American country and including a student ensemble performance of a folk song from that country. All music arrangement, Spanish narration, audio engineering, mixing, mastering, and video shooting and production was done by me.
